Modern marketing is becoming increasingly subtle and sophisticated, acting on more delicate levels. The very concept of interaction with customers is changing. Gradually, the whole world is moving to a customer-centric business model. If 10 to 15 years ago we were building sales "from the product", we can now use data arrays and deliver individual offers to each client. If earlier, they only assumed why customers are lost, today we can trace in detail the path that led our client to purchase - and likewise identify obstacles that prevent them from reaching this goal.
With the current market, it is becoming harder to attract, satisfy and retain a customer. Companies that do not pay enough attention to improving customer experience are likely to lose to competition. CX design is intended to make every stage of the customer experience more enjoyable as one interacts with a brand.
