IT Companies can attest to the fact that selling information technology is far more difficult than selling chocolate,coffee, or washing powder. The client, first of all, understands the "product" as something that is placed at his disposal forever or for a long time and which he can use in any way he chooses. While "services" are perceived as one-time or repeated actions of the IT provider, solving a certain problem of the client and bringing him specific benefits.
